1. Introduction

Thank you for using Marco. Trust is the foundation of our platform, and we are committed to protecting the privacy of the personal information you share with us. This Privacy Policy explains how Superforward, Inc. ("Marco," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards your information when you access our website, mobile applications, and related services. By using Marco, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

To ensure transparency, it is important to understand our role. Marco operates as a managed marketplace that assigns independent service providers to fulfill your requests. While these providers are separate business entities, we facilitate the secure transfer of necessary service data to them to ensure your job is completed successfully. This policy governs our collection and use of data but does not cover the internal privacy practices of Service Providers once they are off-platform.

2. Information We Collect

We collect personal information to provide a seamless, secure, and personalized service experience. This data generally falls into three categories: information you provide directly, information we collect automatically, and information from third parties.

Information You Provide to Us When you use our Services, you provide us with Profile and Contact Data such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, physical address, and login credentials. To fulfill your bookings, we collect Service Request Data, which includes moving origin and destination addresses, inventory lists, service dates, access instructions, and specific job details. When you transact with us, we collect Payment Data, including your payment card type, last four digits, and billing address, which is processed securely by our partner Stripe, Inc. For our Service Providers, we collect Verification Data, including professional licenses, insurance certificates, background check results, and government identification numbers. We track Usage Data to understand how you interact with our platform, including pages viewed, time spent on features, and booking patterns. To facilitate logistics, we collect Geolocation Data (precise location if enabled on your device, or approximate location via IP address). We also collect Communications Data, which includes call metadata, text message content exchanged through our platform, and audio recordings of calls where permitted by law and properly notified.

Information from Third Parties We may receive information about you from external sources, including identity verification partners, background check agencies, and public databases. We may also generate Inferences about your preferences based on your usage data to improve our matching algorithms.

We may also use your information for marketing purposes, such as sending promotional offers (where permitted) and serving relevant advertisements via "Matched Ads" technologies (e.g., sharing hashed emails with partners like Facebook to show you relevant ads). Finally, we use your data to enforce our Terms of Service and comply with legal obligations.
