SMS Terms & Privacy

These SMS Terms ("SMS Terms") govern text messages sent by or on behalf of Superforward, Inc. d/b/a Marco ("Marco," "HelloMarco," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with Marco's websites, applications, communications infrastructure, payment features, relocation features, reservation tools,
provider operations tools, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By opting in to receive text messages from Marco, you agree to these SMS Terms. If you do not agree, do not opt in to Marco text messages.
In these SMS Terms, "including" means "including without limitation."
1. Marco Messaging Programs
Marco may offer one or more text messaging programs, including:
- Transactional and customer-care messages about your account, identity verification, Reservation Requests, Provider acceptance, scheduling, pickup, delivery, service coordination, payments, receipts, customer support, safety, claims support, and related Platform activity.
- One-time verification messages such as authentication codes, login codes, or security confirmations that you request.
- Marketing messages, only if you separately opt in to receive promotional text messages from Marco.
Transactional, customer-care, and verification messages are intended to support your use of the Platform and are not intended to market or promote unrelated services. Marketing messages require a separate marketing opt-in where required by law. Consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchase or use of the Platform.
2. How You Opt In
You may opt in to Marco text messages by providing your mobile number and taking an opt-in action through the Platform, including checking an unchecked SMS consent box, clicking a button to request a verification code, submitting a reservation or support form that includes SMS consent language, or otherwise confirming that you want to receive Marco text messages.
The opt-in disclosure may appear in account, reservation, checkout, verification, support, property, relocation, or communication flows. The disclosure may identify the message program, describe the types of messages you may receive, state that message frequency varies, state that standard message and data rates may apply, explain STOP and HELP instructions, and link to Marco's Privacy Policy and these SMS Terms.
By opting in, you confirm that you are the current subscriber or customary user of the mobile number you provide and that you are authorized to opt in to Marco text messages at that number.
You also consent to Marco's use of an electronic record to document your opt-in, including the phone number, timestamp, source page or app screen, consent language shown, IP address or device information where available, and related message events.
3. Message Frequency And Charges
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with Marco, your account, your active requests or reservations, Provider acceptance, service status, support activity, verification activity, and your communication preferences.
Standard message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you from Marco and to messages you send to Marco. Contact your wireless carrier with questions about your text or data plan.
4. Opt-Out And Help
You can opt out of Marco text messages at any time by replying STOP to a Marco text message. You may also use other standard opt-out keywords where supported, including UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT, or OPTOUT.
After you opt out, Marco or its messaging provider may send one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive text messages from the applicable Marco messaging program unless you opt in again through the Platform or another authorized opt-in method.

5. Delivery And Platform Effects
Marco will use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver text messages to the mobile number you provide, but delivery is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opting out of transactional or customer-care text messages may limit Marco's or a Provider's ability to coordinate, support, or provide Platform services by SMS. Where available, Marco may continue to provide notices through the Platform, email, phone, push notification, or support channels.
6. Messaging Privacy
Superforward, Inc. does not sell, rent, loan, trade, lease, or otherwise transfer for profit mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or SMS consent records.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery and operation of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, customer support vendors, security vendors, fraud-prevention vendors, and cloud hosting providers. This information is used solely to provide, operate, secure, support, audit, maintain, and improve the messaging service and related Platform operations, and not for those vendors' own marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messages and related metadata sent through Marco may be collected, stored, reviewed, transcribed, and used for Platform operations, safety, fraud prevention, quality assurance, customer support, claims support, dispute resolution, policy enforcement, and legal or regulatory compliance.
Communications data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and may thereafter be deleted, aggregated, or anonymized in accordance with Marco's data-retention practices and applicable law.
The categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
