Terms of Service

By opting in to SMS messages from Superforward, Inc. ("Marco," "we," "us," or "our") you agree to receive text messages for reservation updates, pickup and delivery notifications, verification codes, customer support, service updates, and, where permitted, marketing messages. Message frequency varies. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

• You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
• If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or contact [email protected].
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Privacy Policy

Superforward, Inc. does not sell personal information or share mobile numbers, text messaging originator opt-in data, or consent with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

Marco uses platform-controlled phone numbers and messaging systems to facilitate communications between customers and Service Providers. Text messages sent through Marco may be collected, stored, reviewed, transcribed, and analyzed, including through automated tools and AI systems, for purposes such as user and platform safety, fraud detection and prevention, quality assurance and training, customer support and dispute resolution, enforcement of our Terms and policies, and legal and regulatory compliance.

Mobile information may be shared only with subcontractors and service providers that support the delivery of SMS services, such as messaging platforms, telecommunications providers, transcription and analytics vendors, and security providers. This information is shared under strict confidentiality obligations and is used solely to provide and operate the messaging service.

Communications data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for these purposes and is then deleted or anonymized. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent. This information will not be shared with any third parties.
