Marco features participating properties within its rental search experience, helping renters explore available homes, compare options, and connect with residences that align with their lifestyle and preferences.

Moving credits give renters an added reason to choose a participating property. After a qualifying lease is confirmed, the credit can be applied toward eligible moving services booked through Marco.

Funding depends on the partnership. Credits may be funded by the property or another participating partner. The amount, eligibility requirements, and terms are agreed upon before the program begins.

After a renter reports a signed lease, Marco verifies the required lease details with the participating property before confirming the moving credit.

The leasing team provides current property information, active offers, and lease confirmation when needed. Marco manages the resident’s move, reducing the work required after the lease is signed.

Marco coordinates the entire move-in experience, from estimates and scheduling to mover communication, resident support, certificates of insurance, and building requirements.

Moving credits cannot be applied retroactively to a reservation with another provider. However, they never expire and can be saved for a future move or used toward other eligible services booked through Marco.
